A Great Realtor who is Professional, Proactive and Personable.So glad we found Katharine Miller of Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate to help us through our home purchase. She is an exceptional professional. She knows real estate and the local Bend market. She is well organized, and always stays in communication with us and all the other involved parties. Katharine was patient with us as we attempted to narrow down our needs, while viewing what was currently available. She was perceptive in picking up what we were looking for, sometimes even before we knew it ourselves, and then bringing selected listings to our attention. She was forthright about each house's pros and cons. Her impression of the neighborhood, each house's long-term resale advantages and disadvantages, and her opinion on its listing price was invaluable. Along the way we came to appreciate her more and more, as we encountered other realtors we would never have consider working with. They didn't seem trustworthy, sometimes just made up "facts", or weren't accessible when needed. So we really appreciated our honest, hard working, and intelligent realtor. Thank goodness, because the first house we put an offer in on ended up having a number of major repair issues. Katharine immediately set up getting bids for the big home inspection issues. Ultimately, we decided to walk away and start the process all over again. Fortunately, Katharine was just so easy to work with and patient with us.Eventually, we went with a newly constructed house. This brought with it a whole new set of issues - option selections, different negotiating techniques and contract quirks.
